1. Your rights (art. 18 of the LGPD)

You (or the legal guardian, for a minor) may request: confirmation of processing; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; deletion of consent-based data; information on sharing; information on not consenting; and consent withdrawal.

Since H10 Kids serves children aged 5 to 7, in practice requests about student data are made by the legal guardian on the child’s behalf.

3. Response time

We respond within 15 (fifteen) days. For complex cases, we will inform any additional, justified period.

4. Identity verification

We may request additional information to confirm the requester’s identity before fulfilling the request.

5. Appeal to the ANPD

If you believe your rights were not properly met, you may file a complaint with the ANPD (gov.br/anpd).
