Methodology

The H10 method: learning through play

Here children learn by doing. Every class is a set of challenges that fit what they can already do — from the first touch of the ball to playing a game with the group — so they enjoy themselves and stay safe while they get better.

H10 Kids is an environment designed and planned for children: it widens what they get to try in sport and supports their physical, cognitive and social-emotional development.

It is a multi-sport program with a deliberately broad start, built on our own methodology of game-based pedagogy and aligned with the H10 Manifesto of sports development.

Inside a class

Three parts, from the warm-up to the closing

Every class follows the same shape — and it does not end when the ball stops.

  1. Warm-up

A guided game: it brings the group together and it is the invitation to the theme of the class.

  2. Main part

The challenges, tasks and games with sport experiences planned for that session.

  3. Final part

Questions, challenges and prompts as a group: this is where the connections between the children are made — as much social as sporting.

Why H10?

Much more than a class: the door into sport

Learn by playing

Learning through play: children learn by doing, with challenges that fit them and time to get there.

Whole-child development

Coordination, thinking and getting along with others — sport as a way to grow up, not to perform.

An environment designed for children

One group, one age range, trained coaches and a warm welcome for every family.

A broad start in sport

Many sports before choosing one. No specializing this early, and no pressure.

Student journey

From the first class to a love for sport

Every child grows at their own pace: they arrive, try it out, settle in, make friends and grow on and off the court. H10 is alongside the family at every step.
