1. Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of www.h10kids.com.br, operated by H10 Esportes e Eventos Ltda — CNPJ 64.143.535/0001-02. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the site

An institutional and relationship channel of H10 Kids: to present the methodology, the unit, the class and the plans; to enable trial-class scheduling, enrollment requests and contact; and to offer content for families.

The site is intended for adults — parents and legal guardians. Forms must be filled in by the child’s legal guardian.

3. Trial class — conditions

The trial class is free and serves for getting to know and adapting; it creates no enrollment obligation or contract. It is subject to prior scheduling and availability. H10 confirms date, time and place via the guardian’s channel. The child’s participation requires the legal guardian’s accompaniment and/or authorization. H10 may reschedule or cancel for operational reasons (weather, minimum number of students, force majeure), rescheduling at no cost. This is a service condition, not a promise of pedagogical results.

4. Registration and accuracy

The user agrees to provide truthful information and to use the site lawfully. The legal guardian provides the child’s data and is responsible for its accuracy.

Submitting the enrollment form is a request: enrollment is only effective after the H10 team confirms it and the contract is signed.

5. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, texts, layout and images belong to H10 or its licensors. Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Content and availability

Information (classes, schedules, plans and conditions) may be updated at any time and is confirmed during service. H10 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may contain third-party links and integrations (WhatsApp, maps, analytics). H10 is not responsible for third-party content and privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H10 is not liable for damages from misuse, temporary unavailability or factors beyond its reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Data processing follows the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, integral parts of these Terms.

10. Changes and jurisdiction
